Fishing at Ralph B Clark Park

Every once in a while, I like sharing my hobbies with others. This morning, I took Aaron and his dad to a local park where there is stocked fishes.

We didnt' catch anything 'cause I guess it might have been too warm or maybe the fishes just had breakfast but it was a fun doing the male bonding thing! It was alittle frustrating, in that the park ranger came out to warn us about pouching, the one rod in the water rule, and that for bass there's a catch and release only policy.

Aaron and his dad seemed to enjoy themselve and it's likely that we're be back soon!

It was also alittle frustrating, that our worms kept getting eaten off by the little bluegills (we call 'em breams back in Mississippi) and the large basses that we could see in the water just ignored all of our lures and bait!

Next TIME MISTER BILLY BASS!!
