My coworker Joe came by at the end of the day to see if I wanted to "hit a bucket of balls" ... so off to Long Beach we went! Heartwell Golf park has a really nice driving range and suppose to be great par 3 (easy) golf course for beginners like me! It was a pretty good workout, a group of us pigged out at an asian style buffet (The VIP Buffet in Cerritos) ... talk about food coma afterwards!!
(Back to my golf tale) After my $6 bucket of balls (75), I'm pretty sore tonight but I still had time to make a Costco run in Cypress to pick up some NY steaks ($5 coupon) and run home to make dinner for me and my roomie (bbq Korean ribs and rice)!
Still have to watch tonight's episode of "Smallville" and "The O.C." recorded on my DVR. No time tomorrow either, EPIC CHURCH's new house church in Fullerton starts up with a potluck. Speaking of which, I have to prep for Sunday's Superbowl part at Winston's new house (3 batches of Spam Musubi).

Hey DB,
Looks like you are really taking after golf like Gangbusters! Good luck and keep it up.
Who would of thunk it? pretty soon you'll be trading in your 'cammies' and boots for a Calloway outfit and Footjoys.
adios,
Lenard j.
man i didn't know you were a golfer! i can't even play putt putt.
i dind't know you watched the OC either! you should've come with bev and i when we went to newport and i got all excited cuz i saw places where they filmed shots for the show. =P
and it looks like you're a pretty good cook too. you got a lucky roomie! (although i would pass on the spam rolls. yuck.)
i would recommend watching walk the line. i didn't even know johnny cash sang country!! haha..as you can tell, i knew nothing about that boy. but i enjoyed it even though i'm not big on country music. i was just amazed at how well reese and joaquin played their roles. plus reese is one of my most fav actresses.
Appreciate the Encouragement Mister "Lenard"! Have a great weekend!

Hello Miss Peylin (AKA Miss Sporty)! Yeah, I hate to admit it but "The OC" is on my watch list (after Battlestar Galactica, LOST, 24, Grey's Anatomy, and Smallville but definately before Veronica Mars!)
Don't you think Ryan A. (close 30, huh?) is kinda of showing his real age ... I mean Marisa (Misha Barton just turn 20!).
Oh, well ... thanks for dropping by! Gotta run to bible study tonight!
