SERIES: Why Giving Is Go(o)d
TITLE: THE PROMISE WITH A PREMISE
TEXT: Philippians 4:1-20
SYNOPSIS: As we celebrate this Advent Season and the ultimate gift that is Jesus, we turn our thoughts toward our own giving and exploring why it is good and godly. This week we look at the promise that "God will meet all our needs according the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus" (v.19) if we meet the premise of sharing in "the matter of giving and receiving" (v.15).
