We had alittle birthday celebration with Marty & Wai at the local bowling alley. It was a really enjoyable time (except when everyone teased DB about his "bunny hop" approach - j/k) ... think my arm is too sore to swing a golf club now!

"Living The Generous Life" (Philippians 4:10-19)

Pastor Kevin: The Bible records many promises from God, but every promise comes with a premise. Everyone like the promise that "God will meet all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus" (v.19). But to claim the promise, one must meet hte conditions of the premise. What's the premise? The premise is that we must first be generous to others (v.10-18). As we look out for others and are generous ourselves, God fills us back up with what we need. We will explore the dynamic of generosity and what living the generous life can do for others and for us.
