SYNOPSIS: When the Word of the Lord comes to Jonah, it elicits something to difficult to bear for him, so he flees. In fleeing, Jonah avoids the turth only to share it with pagan sailors amidst great turmoil. In the same way, when we avoid God's command to us, we lose the truth about ourselves.
